Khadija A. Tudor, LMT

A graduate of the Swedish Institute Health and Science College in NYC,  Khadija practices Therapeutic massage through an approach that focuses on relaxation as a tool for easing pain. Khadija noticed that her female clients shared similar concerns: body issues, safety concerns, stress and anxiety, self connectedness and the list goes on. Cleo Austin, LMT

Dr. Tanya Cleo Austin is a practitioner of Chinese Medicine modalities such as Cupping, GuaSha, Therapeutic Massage, Nutritional Counseling, Aromatherapy, Sound  & Light Therapy and Guided Mindful Meditation.  Her therapeutic work has allowed her to acquire a deeper understanding of the permeating power of our ability to affect change in our lives, by utilizing alternative medicine modalities and self-care rituals to revise and revitalize our lifestyle choices.  Our daily  dietary consumptions, our repetitive patterns of activities of mind, body and spirit, and sometimes  accompanied by the presence of chronic pain, trauma and injuries, diminishes our vitality of being and doing.

Through these complimentary therapeutic modalities,  one has the opportunity to discover the ability to shift the tide from chronic stress and dis-ease, to a state of balance and wellness.  Dr. Austin provides her clients with a combination of modalities that are best suited to address their imbalances, achieve their individual health goals and support their rehabilitation from injury or chronic pain. Her layered approach is an opportunity to de-stress, release accommodating patterns  and offer the body an opportunity to reset,  re-balance and stimulate the healing process.

Dr. Austin believes in the power of one’s own personal power and the innate ability to become a quintessential aspect in one’s own healing process.
