Khadija A. Tudor, LMT

A graduate of the Swedish Institute Health and Science College in NYC,  Khadija practices Therapeutic massage through an approach that focuses on relaxation as a tool for easing pain. No matter their career or relative wealth, each client had various needs. Acknowledging these needs, Khadija and Ade designed Life Wellness Center to offer their clients a safe place to relax, build on and begin again.

Jameelah Duncan, LMT

Greetings! My educational background comes from St. George's College (Trinidad, West Indies) and the Swedish Institute, College for Health Sciences (New York City).

My training has given me the opportunities to working with these modalities: Deep Tissue Massage, Swedish Relaxation Massage, Sports Massage, Thai Massage, Pre / Post Natal Massage, Cupping Massage (Level I) and Aromatherapy. I am also a self-taught herbalist, and there are other tools in my arsenal.

My Recovery Coach Certification also lends to me facilitating a more connected and client-centered environment. I believe that every client should have the freedom to ask questions related to their session and at the same time, allowing for each client to focus on becoming deeply rooted in learning new ways to nurture their mind, body and spirit toward a clearance for new energies.

I love what I do as a healer and am ready to extend that love and light through the medium of touch.
Can't wait to see you on my table!

Cleo Austin, LMT

Dr. Tanya Cleo Austin is a practitioner of Chinese Medicine modalities such as Cupping, GuaSha, Therapeutic Massage, Nutritional Counseling, Aromatherapy, Sound  & Light Therapy and Guided Mindful Meditation.  Her therapeutic work has allowed her to acquire a deeper understanding of the permeating power of our ability to affect change in our lives, by utilizing alternative medicine modalities and self-care rituals to revise and revitalize our lifestyle choices.  Our daily  dietary consumptions, our repetitive patterns of activities of mind, body and spirit, and sometimes  accompanied by the presence of chronic pain, trauma and injuries, diminishes our vitality of being and doing.

Through these complimentary therapeutic modalities,  one has the opportunity to discover the ability to shift the tide from chronic stress and dis-ease, to a state of balance and wellness.  Dr. Austin provides her clients with a combination of modalities that are best suited to address their imbalances, achieve their individual health goals and support their rehabilitation from injury or chronic pain. Her layered approach is an opportunity to de-stress, release accommodating patterns  and offer the body an opportunity to reset,  re-balance and stimulate the healing process.

Dr. Austin believes in the power of one’s own personal power and the innate ability to become a quintessential aspect in one’s own healing process.
